Who Owns My Web Site & Domain ? ~ Once all services are paid for in full, you will have full ownership and no further changes will be made. We offer Hosting and Maintenance, but of course you may Host your site elsewhere. 

  • Your Graphics are copyrighted by the designer and therefore still belong to the designer.

Why are my Graphics not Included in the Package Fees ?~ Graphics are an additional fee as we contract these services out to a very talented Graphics Designer. Her prices are very comparable and reasonable. We have a wide selection of Ready Made Web Sets and Banner from which to choose plus Custom Graphics are available.

How long will my Web Site Take ? ~ Once we receive your down payment, layout plan, graphics & pictures, we usually take 4-6 weeks to get your site finished and up and running. Time can vary depending on size of your Web Site and our work load. We will keep you posted on your Web Sites progress.

  • When your the Home Page is finished, if will be sent to you for approval before the rest of your Web Site is completed. 

  • All your graphics, pictures and other information must be received within 1 month after receiving your down payment. 

How do I get started ? ~ To get started please go to the Getting Started page. You will find all the information needed to get your Web Site started. 

What is Maintenance ? ~ After your Web Site is complete, any changes that need to be done will be Pay as you Go Maintenance. We can add new pictures, pages, monthly special, link exchanges, etc. For further information on Maintenance, please go to the Maintenance page. We offer Pay as You Go Maintenance, this way you do not have to pay a monthly fee for services you do not need every month. Payment is required before your updating is started. You must contact us with the changes that need to be made and we will send you an invoice which is payable is Due Upon Receipt.

Do I have to make changes to my Web Site after it is completed ? ~ You do not have to make any changes to your site, but we recommend changes in product, rearranging, or any other changes once in while to keep your Web Site looking fresh. This way your customers will have a reason to return more often. Returning customers means returning sales.

Can I Maintain my Web Site ? ~ You are more than welcome to Maintain your site your self. You will need a knowledge of HTML and a web editor. We use and recommend Microsoft FrontPage. We do not offer training or assistance in any manner if you choose to Maintain your site. We are not responsible for any items on your Web Site nor any deletions of files, loss of data, errors, broken links, communication errors etc.

When am I Billed & how do I Pay for services ? ~ We send out all invoices via Email. All invoices are Due Upon Receipt unless otherwise noted. Please print these invoices for you records. Payment options will be included along with the invoice. We understand that things come up, but do try to get your payment in right away to avoid restrictions on your Web Site. Please contact us ASAP if there is a problem with payment. 

Why should I pay for hosting ? ~ There are many Free Hosting sites on the Internet. These sites list banners at the top of your pages and/or pop up ads. These site can be very detouring to customers. We have heard people state that they have lost customers due to the number of adverting that the hosting companies put on your site.

Why should I host with Web Valley Designs ? ~ We offer personal Technical Support. This support will be in terms the you will understand unlike other sites where you will receive the same information, but all in all Technical Terms. We do the Translating for you.

What if I go over my Hosting Package limits ? ~ We offer 3 Hosting Packages each with a limit on storage and bandwidth. We will contact you, if you are getting close to exciding your limits. At this time you may upgrade your package. If you need more bandwidth, this can be purchased for a fee of $5.00 per 500MB, but we do urge you to upgrade your package to avoid exceeding your set amount every month. You will be billed every 25th of the month through email for the following month. Payment must arrive before the 30th NO later to avoid removal from our server.

What if I find a broken link or wrong text ? ~ If you discover that you have a broken link with a picture or banner or wording mistakes, please let us know and we can rectify them for you. This may take a few days and will be seen to as time allows. We recommend that you review your web site every month and send us a monthly report of items that need to be see to. We charge an hourly rate for repairs to your site unless it was a mistake on our part.
