Please take a minute and read the Terms that you will be agreeing to when hiring Web Valley Designs (Sydney Ritchot - owner) to design, maintain or host your web site. These Terms may change over time and will be added to this page.

We guarantee that Web Valley Designs will do our best to design your Web Site to you specifications and to finish in a timely manner. Upon approval of your finished Web Site, ownership will be turned over to you after final payment is made. All fees are non refundable.

All prices are subject to change without notice.
Prices are same for US and Canada.

Web Valley Designs offers No guarantee that you will make money or receive visitors to your Web Site. This will depend on your promotion and product.

We reserve the right to discontinue with a client at any time, due to over due balances, violation of terms or any action by you that could reflect badly on Web Valley Designs business and/or reputation.

We do not guarantee that your Web Site will be viewed correctly on all computers. Each browser views pages differently and each viewer has their monitors set differently.

We are not responsible for Credit Card fraud of any kind. We use a Free Shopping Cart service and is in not way associated with Web Valley Designs.

We offer 100% Family Friendly services. Anyone with content that offers Pornography, Adult oriented content, Illegal content, Links with any of these types of sites, or any site with hate, violence, profanity, etc, will be removed from our servers Immediately.

We are not responsible for server failure, down time or loss of data. We are not responsible for backing up your data.

If you maintain your Web Site, we are no longer responsible for deletion of files, loss of data, errors, broken links, communication errors etc. We do not offer assistance or training if you wish to maintain your site.

We are not responsible for your fraudulent and/or irresponsible business practices.

We will not be held responsible for any design that has been used without permission by the rightful owner. It is your responsibility to abide by others copyright requirements.

Spamming is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated. If you send out Spam through our server such as sending bulk emails, you will Only receive One warning. If you offend again, you will be asked to leave Web Valley Designs Immediately and your account will be Terminated.

This agreement is between Web Valley Designs (Sydney Ritchot) and you the Client. By hiring us, you are agreeing to all the Terms listed.
